Fake Service Dog Law Rests With Governor

Christine Stapleton of the Palm Beach Post reports that HB 71, the bill that makes misrepresenting your pet as a service dog a crime, has passed both the House and Senate.  It now awaits Governor Rick Scott’s signature and will go into effect July 1st. For more information, read the article here.
