Jeff Pertnoy is a Miami native. He attended the University of Michigan (’08) and the University of Miami School of Law (’11). Jeff is a litigation attorney working with the law firm of Akerman Senterfitt in West Palm Beach, FL. Jeff grew up surrounded by dogs and has always had a special love and affinity for them, and a conscious appreciation for what they are capable of. During college, Jeff volunteered at a veterinary clinic in Miami and contemplated applying to veterinary school, but ultimately chose to follow his passion for the law and attend to law school. Notwithstanding, working with animals remains one of Jeff’s passions. When not working as an attorney, Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing anything music-related, and working with animals. Jeff joined the Board of Directors in June of 2013.
