Amie Schneider was born and raised in Paramus, New Jersey, After attending Glassboro State College she moved to Juno, Florida. After a short stint in the Dental field, Amie became a physical education teacher with the Palm Beach County Schools. Amie received her Masters of Education in Adapted Physical Education at the University of South Florida. Amie is also Nationally Board Certified in Physical Education for early childhood.

Amie became a District Resource teacher in 2012 where she trains over 300 Physical Education teachers from around Palm Beach County.” I first became interested in Genesis when my friend MaryAnne received her service dog “Jac”. Since MaryAnns’s passing, Amie and her family have decided to give back to Genesis by becoming Puppy Raisers. To date they have worked with Lexi, Eliza and Knight. Amie is Married to her best friend Kara Kenney. They share two beautiful children, Haiden and Emily.
